
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Loco Banana. Since most of our products are individually made to order, certain special conditions apply to returns and exchanges. Return Period You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund or exchange. If your issue falls outside this period, please contact us anyway – we are open to fair solutions. Simply write to us at hello@locobanana.de. Wrong Size? Please compare the size information on the product with our size chart. A difference of up to 2.5 cm (1-2 inches) is considered an acceptable tolerance during production. If the garment is mislabeled or there is a genuine sizing error, we will of course assume responsibility. In this case, please send us a photo and a brief description by email. Would you like to exchange the size? No problem – write to us at hello@locobanana.de and we'll let you know the next steps.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary exchanges (e.g., if you change your mind or choose the wrong size). We'll cover shipping for the replacement item.
Returns All shipments include a return address. Please contact us in advance so we can correctly identify your return. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund. For returns due to damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs. In this case, please send us photos for documentation within 7 days of receipt. Refunds After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Important: Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error is ours (e.g., incorrect item, damaged delivery). Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. Delayed or Missing Refunds If you have not received your money after your refund has been confirmed: Check your bank account. Contact your credit card company – it sometimes takes a few days to clear. Ask your bank.
If you still haven't received a refund after this, please write to us at hello@locobanana.de – we will help you as soon as possible. No right of return for custom products Please note: For items that are individually produced to order (e.g., print-on-demand shirts, limited art editions, or personalized products), there is no right of withdrawal according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), unless there is a defect or fault.
